“Casa di gioia” is situated within castle walls of Panicale, an ancient hilltop medieval village overlooking lake Trasimeno. Panicale is near the most important historical and artistic areas of Umbria and lower Tuscany.

“Casa di gioia” is an old house, restored and furnished in a comfortable way, with two apartments. Each apartment can accommodate 2/4 people.

Apartment "Casa di gioia" on the 1st floor:
• dining room with kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle), fireplace;
• living room with double sofa bed;
• double bedroom with relax corner;
• two bathrooms with shower, hairdryer and washing-machine;
 

Apartment "The balcony" on the 2nd floor:
• dining room with kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle), fireplace;
• living room with double sofa bed and balcony;
• room with double bed;
• bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing-machine.
 

The two apartments have linen (bed, bath and kitchen), Satellite tv, ADSL, a little safe and park car.
A welcome basket (with tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and a tasting of our organic olive oil) is offered to our guests.

On demand, the guests can use the terrace with a nice view

“Casa di gioia" offers a free bookcrossing service to exhange books also in foreign languages, for adults and children ( Official bookcrossing zone : "L'odore dei libri").
